Sleep is a state of temporary unresponsiveness of the body.
It is the time when the body actually heals, repairs and cleanses itself from every day hustle.
Sleeping is one among the many important things we need to lead a healthy life. Extended bouts of sleeplessness can cause multitude of health problems and can possibly result in serious health complications.
There are three important aspects of sleep i.e quantity (the number of hours), quality and position.
Well, positioning of your sleep? Yes, you read that right!
Your sleep position can help you improve your health.
It helps in smooth flow of blood to all parts of the body and eliminates effects of tiredness and

Laying on your left side allows the body to better filter the lymph fluid waste via the lymph nodes.
