Dr. Samuel Jacobs-Abbey is the Exe. Dir of Jacobs-Abbey Global Institute for Leadership Studies. A scientific researcher, consultant, Diplomat, and expert in Global Public Health Policy. He has an extensive background in International Human Rights, Leadership and Conflict Resolution. A distinguished fellow from the Institute of Comparative Studies, University of Connecticut. He holds an Associate degree in Health Information Management and a Bachelor of Science Healthcare Administration from Purdue Global University. He holds a Master of Business Administration Degree in Healthcare Management and Health Policy from Donald R. Tapia School of Business, Saint Leo University and a Ph.D. in Health Services with a Special Concentration in Public Health Policy from College of Health Science, Walden University. He holds two non-academic Doctor of Leadership Management & (Human Rights and Peace). Dr. Jacobs-Abbey is a proud Santaclausian.

Dr. Jacobs-Abbey is professionally trained in Improving Global Health: Focus on Quality and Safety from Harvard T. H Chan School of Public Health. Harvard University. He has a certificate in Health Communication for Managers from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public health. He holds nonacademic certificate in COVID-19 Contact Tracing from John Hopkins University.

He is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA). A Junior Chamber International Lifelong Senator and a United Nations diplomat.

Samuel is a frequent speaker at the United Nations and a keynote speaker at charitable events across the globe. He was awarded with Mahatma Ghandi Leadership Award for Social Good by Lanka Achievers Foundation; aimed at honoring and popularizing the social good impact of thousands of individuals and organizations making social change impact. Dr. Jacobs-Abbey was the lead faculty and course director at the prestige Executive Strategic Leadership Masterclass.
