Chibunna E. Nwaobia Ph.D., RN. (Dr. Chibu) is the founder and Executive Director of NursesBond Inc, a leadership, educational, and social network for healthcare professionals.

He believes in helping individuals in any capacity to gain the momentum to live their dreams and aspirations. He believes that the best way to effect change is through education and collaboration which has the power to make an impact on the lives of individuals. That's why he focuses on combining professionalism and networking to promote social change.

Dr. Chibu is a lifelong learner and a transformational leader with tremendous contributions to healthcare. He has contributed immensely to not only saving lives but coaching and transforming other nurses and healthcare leaders to follow their passion and make the healthcare system better than they met it.

He is currently a board member and Membership chair for the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) of Southern California. He is a member of the Association of California Nurse Leaders (ACNL), American Nurses Association (ANA), and National Association of Health Services Executives (NAHSE).
